A program or a type of server that manages and maintains ad banners

won't see the same ad every time they come back to the same page. |

an affiliate. There is usually, but not always, an affiliate or referral
ID embedded in the URL of such a link. e.g. http://nexttrak.com/?productID=234&affiliate=nexttrakterms
is a fictitious affiliate link that might be placed on the affiliate's
site (nexttrakterms' s site) directing traffic to the nexttrak.com
site. Nexttrak.com would then pay a commission to nexttrakterms based
on sales resulting from that traffic. |
