Why do I need a website? 
A website is an additional form of communication between yourself, your existing clients, and potential clients. It's like having a 24 hour advertisement of your company on a TV. What is a domain name?
A domain name is an exclusive or distinctive name that points out to one’s identity on the internet just like a unique phone / cell number of any person. It is also the internet address that is readily translated into a numeric IP (internet protocol) address by a domain name server (DNS). An internet domain name is unique and no two domain names are alike. It is your identity on the internet. A domain name is your website address. If your domain name is NextTrak.com, then your full website address (URL) will be http://www.nexttrak.com ; you can also access by writing simply nexttrak.com or www.nexttrak.com
Will my customers look for me on the Internet?

How much will my project cost?
It is difficult to say that every brochure will cost this much or every web site will cost that much. Project prices will vary from job to job.We never offer any fixed plan to our prestigious customers. Because technology and requirements may differ, site may be of 5 pages only or of 1000 pages, so how is it possible to charge at the same ratio? - definitely there should be less charges per page now and NextTrak believe in.
What we can do is to sit down with you in an initial meeting (which is free of charge) and tailor a project that will fit your needs as well as your budget. Again, we don't want our clients to pay more for nothing. Hence, we avoid predefined plans.
My friend says he can build a web site for me, why shouldn't I just use him?
That may be the case, but will s/he put a great deal of thought into its design? Work regularly to ensure your site can be found? Will the site load quickly? Will they resolve problems when you need them to solve......?
I have developed a website myself, may you help me to upload it?
Yes, the service is provided free of cost to any customer who does not know how to upload the site, we will upload his files. If you are not hosted with us, then at very nominal charges the service is available. Even, you can get our maintenance services too.
I have a web site, but I'm not happy with it. Can you help me?

I am not local to you, can we still do business?
Yes. Through e-mail, telephone, cell phone and delivery services like the post office and DHL etc. allow NextTrak to do business with virtually anyone, anytime, anywhere. We accept order from any locations in the world.
How long does it take to set up new account?
As soon as, we receive the payment, your web site domain will be online withing 24 hrs to 48hrs - normally less than 24 hrs.
Can I use FTP to update my site?
Sure. You can logon to your site on our server using the user name and password that assigned to you (you can change it anytime). Once you are logged on, you can upload & download files, create & remove directories and whatever you want to do.

Do you do works for clients abroad? If yes how?

How can I review your work samples? And how do you charge?
NextTrak’s pricing is uniquely transparent and simple. We have nothing to hide please visit our Linux and Windows Hosting Packages overview. Secondly, project cost depends on the working nature of the job and it always varies.
Normally, we do not charge by the number of pages, or based on the size of company. We believe that charging that way can be misleading and tricky, and we run a straight operation. We are upfront about what we can do and respect our client’s time and money, if we are not in position do a good job we will let you know before hand.
We don’t support “A Free Samples”; simply you can see our workings for our honorable clients. However, we provide free hosting trial period of 1 to 2 week on the user request.
Our payment structure follows as:
Small / Medium Sized Projects: 50% when work starts, 30% payment once demo version launched, 20% remaining followed by our deployment. This is applicable when overall cost is not less than US$ 400/- ; otherwise the cost is required to be paid in full most of the cases.
Larger / Bespoke Web Application Projects: 40% when work starts, 35% on a mutually agreed intermediate milestone, and 25% before a final project deployment.
Regarding payment methods, we are flexible – credit card, cash, check, online bank transfer, money order etc.

How many days you need to develop a website?
The development process depends on the overall working including basic structure, your requirements and final approval. A typical project last 25 to 35 working days, however this is our net development time, in most cases project lasts for longer due to our clients’ feedback or approval time. To get an accurate timeline for your project, contact us with your requirements as we have completed many websites within 15 days also.
What technologies do you work on?
We prefer using open-source technologies such as PHP, MySQL, XHTML. For example we won't fool you that we have “a custom made content management system named “Super NextTRak CMS” to justify that you need to spend more money.
And spend even more when you need do later modifications or just change CMS completely while changing other web development agency, as they won’t understand previous system.
In fact, we use freely available open source CMSs. Open-source technologies are cost-effective and supported by the community of developers worldwide. Nevertheless, we can accommodate any technology based on your requirements. In case we feel that we cannot do a good job, we are upfront about it; Quality, Ethics and Transparency drives our business!

Do you optimize websites for search engines (SEO)?

Can I use my preferred web host but have the site built by you? Also tell me about domain transfer.
Sure! Once we have built your site and delivered it, you are free to do what you think is the best. Even if your are hosted your webiste with us and later on you want to transfer your domain to some other server, you can do it withing a few hours and vice versa.
What if I want future upgrades or updates in the future?
We perform minor changes Free of charge on sites we develop. However, if the time taken for these changes exceeds 2 working hour, we will prepare a written proposal for it, containing project plan, scope, costs, and terms and conditions.
Upgrading for Web Hosting plan is also Free and we charge only for what we have delivered you in the form of extra disk space, bandwidth and new features etc.
What if I want to redesign my website that has been developed by another web design agency?
